Our mission
Tagalong is a two-sided marketplace connecting people who love to organise group travel with people who want to join curated adventures — without the complexity.
Planning a group trip is painful. Spreadsheets spiral out of control. Group chats become noise. Operators juggle WhatsApp, email, and manual bank transfers all at once. Travellers spend hours searching for something that feels personal and curated — and usually settle for a generic tour.
We built Tagalong to fix that. Operators get a clean, shareable trip page with built-in join-request management. Travellers get a feed of real, community-led adventures — not templated packages from faceless brands.
The result is group travel that actually feels good from both sides of the marketplace.
Whether you're a seasoned operator or a friend group planning your first big trip, Tagalong gives you the tools to make it happen.
Every trip is a chance to meet people who share your curiosity. We make it easy to find the right group — or build your own.
Private packages with join-request workflows mean organisers control who comes along. No surprises.
Post a trip in minutes. Browse in seconds. Join with a single click. We obsess over removing every unnecessary step.
The group travel market is dominated by platforms that charge operators a lot and give travellers very little control. We're changing that.
Legacy platforms charge operators 15–20% on every booking. Tagalong charges 10%, meaning more money stays with the people who design and run the trips — and operators can price more competitively for their travellers.
Operators can list trips as private — only reachable via invite code — and approve or reject every join request. This is a deliberate design choice: curated groups make for better trips. Most platforms push public-only listings; we don't.
