By accessing or using Tagalong you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Tagalong is a marketplace connecting group travel organisers with travellers. You may use Tagalong only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you post and all activity that occurs under your account.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of trip listings, including dates, pricing, itinerary details, and available spots. Organisers must honour approved join requests or provide adequate notice and refunds if a trip is cancelled.
Travellers are responsible for complying with all trip rules set by the organiser. Travellers must ensure they meet any requirements (visa, fitness, age) stated in the trip listing.
Tagalong charges a 10% platform fee on confirmed bookings. This fee is deducted from the amount paid to the organiser. The fee is subject to change with 30 days' notice to registered organisers.
You may not use Tagalong to post false or misleading listings, harass other users, circumvent the payment system, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Tagalong provides a platform to connect organisers and travellers but is not party to any trip arrangement. To the extent permitted by law, Tagalong's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the platform fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
